DAVE HALLMEN
Chairman of the Board and Director
Hallmen gained industry-wide recognition as the executive in charge of one of the largest software mergers ever undertaken, in which the Network and Storage Management Group of Seagate Software (NYSE: SEG) was merged with VERITAS Software (NASDAQ: VRTS). The landmark merger, which was completed in May of 1999, resulted in a combined entity then valued at $2.6 billion.
Hallmen joined ProClarity, a privately held US company specializing in analytic application technology, from VERITAS in 1999. At VERITAS, Hallmen served as vice-president of business development where he was responsible for merger and acquisition activities, in-bound technology licensing as well as divestitures. Prior to that position, he was vice-president of business development at Seagate Software, vice-president of marketing for Arcada Software and vice-president of sales and marketing for Artisoft, Inc. (NASDAQ: ASFT). Hallmen also sits on the boards of ProClarity and 180 connect (TSX: NCT.U).
BIJAN SANII

Bijan Sanii Is currently the CEO of INETCO Systems Limited, a leading provider of business transaction intelligence software. Bijan Sanii has over twenty years history as a technology industry executive. Prior to joining INETCO, Bijan was Executive Chair at UB Video, which developed one of the key enabling technologies for video over IP. He provided leadership and guidance that culminated in the acquisition of the company by Scientific-Atlanta (now a Cisco company).
Prior to UB Video, Bijan joined Infowave Software in 1997. As General Manager of the Imaging Division, he successfully led a restructuring of the business and generated a record operating profit in 1998. He was later appointed Infowave's Chief Operating Officer and CEO where he worked on Infowave's IPO and negotiating strategic partnership agreements with Intel Corp, Compaq Computer Corporation, and other technology industry leaders.
Bijan currently serves on the Board of Directors for NewMedia BC and The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE). He was born in London, U.K. and graduated with honors from the Polytechnic of Central London (now University of Westminster) with a B.A. in Economics.BUD SMITH

Bud Smith serves as a Director for a number of organizations, including Prince Rupert Port Authority, Christopher James Gold Corp, Nicola Mortgage Company, Thompson Valley Mortgage Corp., Urban Systems Ltd., Western Provincial Investment Group Corp., and YKA Travelwise Kamloops Ltd. He has served as Minister of Regional Economic Development and Attorney General for the Province of British Columbia.
ADRIAN STIMPSON
Director
Mr. Stimpson has over 20 years experience in the software and telecommunications sectors. He is currently Senior Vice-President of Sales for Rx Networks, with prior engagements including Telesis (President), TSX-300 member Stratos Global Corporation (Director of Business Development), Infowave Software (Vice-President, Sales and Business Development), INETCO Systems (Director of Business Development), and Infosat Telecommunications (Director of Sales). He has held board positions with public and private companies in the software, media entertainment, and advanced materials industries. Mr. Stimpson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University, British Columbia.

Marc Sandercombe has been a venture capitalist for the past seven years. Known for his strategic vision, he successfully assists small, high potential companies with strategic focus and funding and acts as a catalyst in attracting management and boardroom talent.
