Using MicroView to manage your facilities is as easy as...

1. Generate your facilities background data, create service requests & work orders, or publish a custom field inspection/survey form in ARCHIBUS/FM. Dispatch this data to 1 or a fleet of Palm/OS® PDAs from your local PC or over your network. 2. Synchronize your PDA with ARCHIBUS/FM to download new data. In the field. Use this data on your PDA to collect space and asset data, complete service requests, update parts inventories, or perform inspections & surveys. 3. When field tasks have been completed, synchronize your PDA with ARCHIBUS/FM to update your facilities data. Eliminate lost work, capture vital data & statistics, and close the information loop.
